By accessing this website or using the services provided by Charge Valet, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided Charge Valet offers valet parking and electric vehicle (EV) charging services at participating locations, including hotels and partner properties.

Services may include:

• Vehicle parking and retrieval

• EV charging services

• Guest assistance related to vehicle handling

Use of Services By using our services, you agree that:

• You are authorized to operate and park the vehicle

• Your vehicle is properly insured

• You will follow all posted rules and staff instructions

• You will provide accurate information when booking services

Valet Parking Terms

• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk

• Customers must remove all valuables from their vehicle

• Charge Valet is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle

• Pre-existing damage should be reported before service begins

EV Charging Terms

• Charging times may vary depending on vehicle type and battery level

• Charge Valet does not guarantee a full charge unless explicitly stated

• Charging services are subject to availability and operational conditions

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is compatible with charging equipment

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may vary by location

• Payments must be made at the time of service or booking

• Additional fees may apply for extended service, overnight parking, or special requests

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made prior to service time when applicable

• Refunds are issued at the discretion of Charge Valet

• No-shows may be subject to charges

Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law

• Charge Valet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Liability is limited to damages caused by proven negligence

• We are not responsible for mechanical issues, battery issues, or vehicle malfunctions unrelated to our service

Damage Claims

• Any damage claims must be reported immediately before leaving the premises

• Claims may require documentation, including photos and incident reports

• Failure to report damage at the time of service may result in denial of the claim

Third-Party Locations Charge Valet may operate at third-party locations (e.g., hotels, venues). Additional rules or policies from those locations may apply.

Service Availability We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service at any time

• Modify or discontinue services without notice

• Adjust pricing or availability

PrivacyYour use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
