Refund Policy

Overview

 

At Charge Valet, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality valet and electric vehicle (EV) charging services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, as well as the circumstances where refunds may not apply. By using our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

 

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be granted in situations where a service was not provided due to operational issues within our control, or when a booking is canceled in advance of the scheduled service time. In addition, refunds may be issued in cases of incorrect billing, duplicate charges, or if we are unable to complete the requested service due to circumstances directly related to our operations. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and accuracy.

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed as agreed. This includes situations where EV charging services are partially completed due to limitations related to the vehicle, battery condition, or time constraints. Refunds will also not be issued for customer no-shows, late arrivals, or delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or high demand. Additionally, we are not responsible for issues related to the customer’s vehicle, including mechanical problems or compatibility concerns, which may affect service outcomes.

 

 

Cancellations

 

Customers are expected to cancel any scheduled services prior to the designated service time in order to be considered for a refund. Same-day or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for a refund, depending on the timing and operational impact. In some cases, we may offer the option to reschedule or rebook services at our discretion.

 

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take between three (3) to ten (10) business days to complete. Charge Valet is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors.

 

 

Service Concerns and Chargebacks

 

If you experience any issues with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address and resolve the matter promptly. We are committed to maintaining customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve concerns. Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback, as unauthorized chargebacks may result in restrictions on future service use.
